Module 1: The Approach

After this session, participants will have the formula to exponentially grow their business.  We cover: 

•  What certification is, and is not

•  How you benefit from having a certification program

•  The working model for your certification program 

Module 2: Outstanding Program Design

After this session, participants will be able to identify their content needs and make adjustments in their current signature programs, as necessary.  We cover:

• What is content

• Step-by-step process for analyzing your content 

Module 3: Structure and Organize

After this session, participants will be able to identify how to chunk their content into basic knowing/doing components.  We cover:

• The qualitative difference learning objects make in your program 

• How to pull learning objects from existing content 

Module 4: Learning and Application Hooks

After this session, participants will have the ability to enhance their existing content with Learning and Doing components – Impactful Learning.  We cover: 

• The difference between knowing and doing

• How to make learning exciting for your coaches 

• Tying together Knowing and Doing  

• Developing additional activities to assure that the D Factor occurs 

Module 5: Your Leveraged Certification Program

After this session, participants will have the ability to assemble their teaching materials and finalize their teaching approach.  We cover: 

• Developing your individual certification requirements

• Developing your licensing agreements and defining licensing fees 

• Outlining the materials to include for people participating in your certification program, such as workbooks, slides, tools, etc.  

Module 6: Filling Your Certification Program

After this session, participants will have the ability to identify their initial target market.  We cover:

•  Crafting your marketing story

•  Testing your message 

•  How to find potential participants  

•  Launching your program (high level review) 

Module 7: Getting Your Program Accredited and Beyond

After this session participants will have the skills to submit their programs to be accredited by the ICF (or other organizations).  We cover:

•  Implementation of all the work you’ve done to date 

•  Teasing out the competencies that are developed when a person completes your certification program

• How to contact the accrediting organization and submit your program for review  

• How to use the organizations’ branding materials in your marketing   

Module 8: Certify Your Coaches

After this session, participants will be able to develop a concise task plan to complete their certification programs and begin marketing.  We cover: 

•  Identifying any remaining development needs 

•  How to fit your program development time into an already busy schedule 

•  Outsourcing workbook and slide development 

•  Identifying any additional support needs – Implementation presentation
