After this session, participants will be able to identify how to chunk their content into basic knowing/doing components. We cover:

Module 4
Learning & Application Hooks
After this session, participants will have the ability to enhance their existing content with Learning and Doing components – Impactful Learning. We cover:

Your Leveraged Certification Program
After this session, participants will have the ability to assemble their teaching materials and finalize their teaching approach. We cover:
• Developing your individual certification requirements

• Outlining the materials to include for people participating in your certification program, such as workbooks, slides, tools, etc.

Filling Your Certification Program
After this session, participants will have the ability to identify their initial target market. We cover:

Getting Your Program Accredited and Beyond
After this session participants will have the skills to submit their programs to be accredited by the ICF (or other organizations). We cover:

• How to use the organizations’ branding materials in your marketing

Certify Your Coaches
After this session, participants will be able to develop a concise task plan to complete their certification programs and begin marketing. We cover:
• Identifying any remaining development needs
• How to fit your program development time into an already busy schedule
• Outsourcing workbook and slide development
• Identifying any additional support needs – Implementation presentation
